Enable efficient performance and service to all requirements.This is a full-time role based on a 40-hour week from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a 1hr lunch break.The role has no direct reports and reports directly to Group Service Manager.ResponsibilitiesOn a day-to-day basis you will (this list is not exhaustive): Working with the Group Service Manager to grow service aftersales business.Prepare, maintain & invoice maintenance plans.Develop route to market for service salesPrepare & Order Extended Warranties.Develop manufactures Telematics allocations to customers.Parts & Service Campaign monitoring.Invoicing of Telematic contracts.Assisting Aftersales team with various projects.Data entry & management on various Dealer Systems. Including: New Holland, JCB, Ibcos.Candidate RequirementsThe candidate will be fully trained.Knowledge of JCB & New Holland systems would be an advantage but not essentialAbility to communicate positively at all levelsJBRP1_UKTJ
