Organised Sales Progressor required for an Estate Agent in the GU11 and surrounding areasThe ClientThis multi-branched, multi-award winning estate agency in Surrey and Hampshire is looking for an experienced Sales Progressor, or someone with the right characteristics to become a Sales ProgressorThey have big plans for the next couple of years and now's a great time to come aboard.YouEither you currently work in Sales Progression, or have the right skillset to transfer into a Sales Progression role. This could be as a Sales Administrator, Move Co-ordinator or as a Negotiator who has done Sales Progression as part of the role.To be a strong Sales Progressor, you will be and do...Key Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other chain participants to progress property sales efficiently.Regularly update all parties involved on the progress of property transactions, ensuring transparency and clear communication.Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process, such as legal or financial obstacles, to expedite the sale.Monitor and manage the progression of multiple property sales simultaneously.Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.Requirements:Proven experience within the real estate sector, preferably in a sales progression or similar role.Strong understanding of the property sales process and associated legal and financial aspects.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage client expectations.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.A proactive and solution-oriented approach, capable of handling challenges and finding solutions efficiently.PackageCirca £30k base and £34k OTEMon - Fri 8.45am - 5.30pm23 days + bank holidaysHybrid working to be considered after probationPotential hybrid workingPlease Note: Mavrec Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
