Purchase Ledger Administrator Job description Berry Properties Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a small friendly team. This role is an office based post, the hours are 9-5pm with an hour for lunch. The ideal candidate will be proactive with a 'can-do' attitude. Main Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable for all companies.Reconcile credit card transactions for all companies.Assisting the Accountant with other tasks as required.General administration duties. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.Experience of Sage 50 and/or Xero Accounting desirable.Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular good Excel skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Working with multi-currencies would be an advantage.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.A hands-on, practical and flexible attitude.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Assisting team members as required, we are a small team and expect everyone to help and work together.The job requires the employee to be based in the office. We are in search of an exceptionally organised and experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to assist the accountant to process day-to-day transactions, and other duties. The role will be based in our friendly office at our amazing wedding venue in Bentley, Farnham.
