This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking on new challenges.Responsibilities:Manage the Assistant Director's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and eventsCoordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportationPrepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentationsHandle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond or redirect as necessaryAct as a liaison between the Assistant Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendorsAssist in organising and coordinating departmental projects and initiativesConduct research and gather information as requested by the Assistant DirectorMaintain and update departmental records, databases, and filing systemsHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalismPerform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and expense trackingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferredProven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar roleExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressureDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationProactive and self-motivated with a positive attitudeAbility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesHow to Apply: If you are interested in this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Assistant Director, please contact Lara Wilson on 0191 211 1382 or email .
