This partnership supports their mission of providing exceptional patient care by leveraging the latest in medical advancements and practices.Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Nursing Officer to oversee the nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.Responsibilities:Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in managing and supervising nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and nursing practices.Coordinate patient care activities and ensure effective communication among healthcare team members.Oversee the maintenance of patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.Manage the department budget and resources efficiently.Provide direct patient care when necessary and serve as a clinical resource for the nursing staff.Address patient and family concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the care provided.Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice.Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members and other departments.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Imperative that all candidates are Western trained.Skills and Professional Experience:Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to provide mentorship and support to nursing staff.Knowledge of current trends and best practices in nursing and healthcare management.Active participation in or have co-led a PI project or initiative required.Preferably have participation in accreditations (JCI, CBAHI, similar) as a leader.Preferably have MAGNET Journey experience or accreditation.Work Environment:Hospital setting.Exposure to stressful situations and emergency scenarios.Extensive training and professional development opportunities.Access to clinical supervision and support for revalidation.Benefits:Salary:Competitive, tax-free salary up to £112,000.Housing:Generous housing allowance of up to £15,000 if you chose not to take the hospital accommodationAirfare:Annual airfare allowance for the caregiver, their spouse, and up to 2 children under the age of 18.Dependent Education Assistance:Provided for up to three children from the age of 3 18 years.Full Relocation :Foremployee and eligible dependents.Annual Leave:25 + working days of annual leave every calendar year.Public Holidays:Observed public holidays as announced by the Saudi Arabian government which equate to approx 14 daysHealth Insurance:Coverage for caregivers and eligible dependents, including dental and optical.Life Insurance:Provided at no cost.Repatriation:Flight paid for caregiver and eligible dependents at the conclusion of the assignment.End of Service Benefit:Payable upon completion of one or more years of service, calculated as one-month basic salary for each year of service.Additional Benefits:Cost of Residence Visa for caregiver and eligible sponsored dependents.Learning and development initiatives.Extensive training & professional development opportunities with access to clinical supervision and support for revalidation.Free access to first-class facilities and classes at the organization's gym.On-site cafeteria with a variety of cuisine options.Employee Assistance Programme and various wellbeing initiatives.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their experience and qualifications to the contact details below.Join our clients team and lead a dedicated group of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care!JBRP1_UKTJ
