As the premier agents in our area of operation, at Christopher Hodgson we deal with a wide spectrum of residential and commercial property and offer a range of services including sales, lettings and property management. We are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and delivering excellent customer service to our clients.Attractive salary package (dependent on experience). Five day working week.Responsibilities:- Answering phone calls and responding to emails- Greeting clients and visitors- Managing office supplies and equipment- Filing and maintaining records- Ensuring compliance with AML legislation- Arranging property viewings and inspections- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and other professionals- Arranging photography, floor planning and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments- Preparing and distributing marketing materials- Updating property listings on our website and other portals- Providing general administrative support to the sales and lettings teams Requirements:- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organisational and time-management skills- Attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Previous Estate Agency experience is not essential but may be an advantage- A positive and proactive attitudeIf you meet the above requirements and are looking for an exciting new challenge in estate agency, we would love to hear from you.
